If an item needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid return label to make the process seamless and stress-free.
Submitting a Claim
To ensure we can resolve any issue swiftly, all claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
You can submit your claim directly through our Customer Service page.
Once we receive your claim, our team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps, whether that is a replacement, missing component dispatch, or a return.
