At Loby, we take great care in the design, packaging, and delivery of every product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to resolve it quickly and fairly.

This Returns & Refund Policy works alongside our 1-month warranty and outlines how we handle damaged items, defective products, missing parts, and refund processing.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or missing components, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

This allows our team to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

When your claim is approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label, and

  • Offer either a replacement or a full refund for the affected item.

All issues of this nature are covered under our 1-month warranty.
Any claims raised after 1 month cannot be accepted.

2. Non-Fault Returns (Change of Mind)

Because our products are packaged carefully, and quality checked before dispatch, we do accept returns of the following reasons but the customer will bare the cost of return.

  • Change of mind

  • Colour preference

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Deciding the product no longer meets your needs

Please ensure you check measurements, colour options, and product details before ordering!

3. Eligibility for a Return (Faulty Items Only)

To qualify for a warranty return, the item must be:

  • In original packaging where possible

  • In unused condition, unless it arrived damaged

  • Reported within the correct time frame (7 days for notification / 1 month warranty)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

4. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

You can submit a claim through our Customer Service page.

Please include:

  1. Your order number

  2. A short description of the issue

  3. Clear photos or a video showing the fault, damage, or missing parts

Our team will usually respond within 1–2 working days.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 working days for your bank to complete the transaction.
